The shade is provided by solar fabric on a roll or by a solid carbon panel. Selection is determined by the available space, the shading requirements and the wind parameters.
Fabricated with a carbon sandwich construction, light and strong. 3D measurements on board during construction of the yacht will determine the final geometry to ensure a perfect fit.
We offer various drive systems. Custom aluminum or stainless-steel pneumatic cylinders, electric actuators, or stainless-steel worm drives. All to suit the specific design criteria.
System will be delivered complete with electrical and pneumatic control cabinets.
The system will be tested in our workshop before any painting and fairing will takes place. We install everything so the system can be fully tested and then commissioned in the presence of the yard and yacht's crew. The crew will receive operational training at the same time.
